Ian Somerhalder was spotted hanging out with Kevin Bacon at the Funny Or Die Clubhouse + Facebook Pop-Up HQ @ SXSW this past Saturday (March 8, 2014) in Austin, Texas.

While he made fans swoon at SXSW he made fans swoon and go aww during his appearance at the Mardi Paws Parade.

Mardi Paws Parade! This little lady had NO problem with her costume, she was as sweet and happy as happy gets. WE as THE IAN SOMERHALDER FOUNDATION want to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU to Mardi Paws, the dogs, the love from the paraders&the the parade goers, our very own family’s restaurant McClains Pizzeria for the pizza and to my family for letting me crash our restaurant with a thousand people, My home City of Mandeville Louisiana for having this parade and the Mandeville Police dept for taking such great care of me, my family and our beautiful city. Police estimated that more than 22,000 spectators turned out along the lakefront for the walking parade, many drawn by the opportunity to get a close up look at Somerhalder.
